BoardPath is in pre-launch and offered to design partners on an early-access basis. These terms may change as the product becomes generally available.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the BoardPath website at boardpath.tech and the BoardPath product (together, the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

Not legal advice

BoardPath provides information grounded in your governing documents and applicable law, with citations you can verify. It does not provide legal advice and is not a substitute for a licensed attorney. BoardPath flags when a question may need counsel, but you are responsible for your association’s decisions. For legal questions, consult your association’s attorney.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be authorized to act for your association or organization to use the Service on its behalf. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account.

Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt it, or access it in an unauthorized way.
• Do not upload content you do not have the right to use.
• Do not use the Service to violate any law or the rights of others.

Your content

You retain ownership of the documents and content you submit. You grant BoardPath the limited rights needed to host and process that content in order to provide the Service to you. We handle your content as described in our Privacy Policy.

Design-partner program

Participation in the design-partner program is by selection and may include early-access features that are still in development. Specific terms (including any founding-partner arrangements) will be confirmed with selected partners directly.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any answer is complete or correct for your situation.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BoardPath will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
